Courtwin Admin provides a Communication feature to help club admins communicate with club customers.

When someone makes a booking, the Courtwin Admin system will automatically create a temporary chat room to facilitate online communication with players, which includes a reminder for reservations. 

⚠️ To keep the information privacy and security, the chat room will be removed automatically seven days after the booking is complete. 

Direct Message with Customer

On the communication page you can also send direct messages to individuals.

1. Go to the Communications page
2. Click the New Chat button
3. Search and select the name of the customer you want to chat.
4. Write the message, and send by clicking the paper plane icon ✈️.
5. You can also attach a picture by clicking the image icon 🖼️.

Creating a Group Chat

In some cases, you may need to create a group chat to communicate with more than one customer. 

1. Go to the Communications page.
2. Click the New Chat button.
3. Click the Create new group button.
4. Select all the customers you want to add to the group chat room, there's no limitation for this.
5. Press the Continue button.
6. Give the group chat image cover and name.
7. Click the Done button to create the group chat room.

Add and Remove a Group Chat Members

If, for example, after the group has been created, you want to add new members to the group, follow these steps:

1. Click the three dots menu ⋮ in the upper right corner.
2. Click About the group menu.
3. In the popup that appears, select the Add member button.
4. Type the customer's name or directly select from the list of available customers.
5. Press the Add button

Then, to remove a member from the group, click the three dots menu ⋮ in the upper right corner. In the About the group popup, find the name of the member you want to remove and click the three dots menu ⋮ . Select Remove, then press the Done button.
