How to Add a Task in a Project?
- Go to the Project menu.
- Click the project name you want to add tasks.
- Click Add Task.
- Complete the required information, then click Add Task.
The added task in the project will appear on the List, Timeline, and Board tabs.
How to Assign someone to a Task?
If you did not set the assignee(s) yet when you initially created the project, you can easily assign someone to it even to each tasks or subtasks by following these three optional ways:
First of all, go to the Project menu > select the project title you want from the list of All Projects. After that, you will see the Project Overview in the window.
- In the Project Overview, click the plus (+) button in the Assignee and choose one or more names to be assigned in the project.
- In the Project Overview, click the Edit Project button and fill the Assignee form by searching the names of project assignee.
- If you have added the task(s) or subtask(s) for the project, you can also add the assignee from the List tab by clicking the plus (+) button in the Assignee column.
How to Change the Status of a Task?
Go to the Project menu > select the project title you want. There are two ways of changing the status of a task:
- In the List tab, click the status of the task in the Status column and select for the updated status.
- In the Board tab, it will view the table of tasks based on the completion status. To change the status of a task, you can drag it to left and right based on the updated status.
How to Edit or Delete a Task in a Project?
- Go to the Project menu.
- Click the intended project name.
- In the List tab, click on the task name you want to edit or delete.
- Click Save if you make any changes.
