1. Go to the Academy menu > select the Coaches tab.
2. Click the Add Coach button, and a pop-up will appear.
3. Add a photo, name, email, phone number, and language.
4. Then, write the coach’s Instagram, website, birth date, and year start experience. These fields are not mandatory, but it would be better to give the complete information about the coach. 
5. Add a description related to the coach.
6. Add the coach's academy logo, if any.
7. Add experience and achievement to make it more complete.
8. Don't forget to save the data by clicking the Add Coach button.

Not all fields listed are required. However, we encourage you to complete them as completely as possible in order to provide comprehensive information to the customer and give more engagement to the coach👍.

ℹ️ After successfully adding a new coach, by default the price is not set. To set the price, you can go to Coach Detail (on the Operations column) and then go to Availability & Pricing tab. Read this article to get more detailed guidance about setting the coach price.
