In Courtwin Admin there is a page that is dedicated to organizing information about the club’s customers.
Add New Customers
- Go to the Customers page
- In the Customer tab, click the Add Customers button.
- Setelah muncul pop-up, isi data customer seperti:
- Profile photo, name, email, phone number, gender, and birth date.
- Country → Define the country where the customer is domiciled.
- Level → Determine the competency level of the customer. To read more about leveling in Courtwin Admin, go to this article.
- Membership → Subscribed membership by the customer.
- Tags → Tags are used to identify a customer easily with certain things.
- Package → Purchased package by the customer. - When you’re done adding the customer details, don't forget to save the data by clicking the Create New Customer button.
View and Edit Customer Details
- Go to the Customers page, the Customers tab is displayed by default.
- On the customer list table, click the pencil icon 📝 in the Operations column.
- A Customer Profile popup will appear containing two tabs:
- Customer Details: contains information about the customer.
- Wallet: contains information about the customer's wallet transactions (read more about wallet here).
- To edit a customer’s details, click on the Edit Customer button.
- In the Edit Customer popup, you can change the customer's avatar photo, name, email, phone number, gender, birth date, country, level, membership, tags, and the owned package.
- Make sure to click the Edit Customer button once you've finished changing the customer details.
Verify Customer Account
After you add a customer, it will be listed on the Customer List which also indicates the customer’s email, phone number, membership, and status. Once you add a new customer, the default status is “inactive”, so you have to verify it through the following steps:
- Go to the Customer page.
- Search the customer’s name in the Customer List.
- Click the Verify Account button on the Actions column.
- Confirm the verification in the pop-up window.
ℹ️ This function is significant to avoid any kinds of account misuse or data manipulation related to customers and clubs.
Delete Customer
- Go to the Customers page, the Customers tab is displayed by default.
- On the customer list table, click on the red trash bin icon 🗑️ in the Operations column.
- A popup will appear to confirm your action.
⚠️ Please be mindful to decide the data deletion because deleted customer data cannot be restored.
