This essential feature functions to manage your club’s schedule, especially to set reservation disable (in whole courts or in particular) for special occasions, eg. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc. If you do not set this up, your club will automatically operate according to the default schedule without holidays. Therefore, you’d better make this setting earlier to anticipate booking cancellation on the club’s off-day. This article will guide you step-by-step to set up and communicate holiday schedules for your club. 

Add a Holiday

1. Go to Settings > Select the Holiday menu > Click Add Off-Day to create holiday and off day
2. In the pop-up window, complete the inquiries (Name, Court, the Start and End Dates and Times)
3. Click Create Off-Day.

Edit and Delete a Holiday

1. Go to Settings > Select the Holiday menu.
2. Search the Holiday name you want to edit or delete.
3. In the Operations column, click the pencil icon (✏️) to edit the holiday or trash icon (🗑️) to delete the holiday.
