- Go to Customers page > select Packages tab
- You’ll see a list of packages that have been created.
There are two status that are used in the package:
- Active: if the package duration is ongoing, it can be searched and used.
- Inactive: if the validity period has expired or has not started, it is probably because of the purposeful setting.
Changing a Package’s Details
- In the Operations column, click the pencil icon ✏️ to manage a package.
- After the pop-up appears, select the Package Details tab.
- Then, you can set the name, coach, description, price value, amount of lessons, lesson price limit (if any), package usage time limit (if any), and change the status of a package (active-inactive).
- Don’t forget to save the changes by clicking the Save button.
Add and Manage a Package’s Participants
- In the Operations column, click the pencil icon ✏️ to manage a package.
- After the pop-up appears, select the Participant tab.
- Type or select the name of the customer you want to add as a package user, then click the Add button.
- Later, the list of package users and the number of lessons will automatically be displayed in the Participant tab.
- By clicking the three dots menu you can also Refill the participant’s Amount of Lessons or Remove a participant from the package user list.
Remove a Package
- In the Operations column, click the red trash can icon.
- A confirmation popup will appear, click Delete to permanently remove the package.
